Return & Exchange Policy
Inspection Period
Except for perishable goods, customized products, newspapers, magazines, opened audio/video products, computer software, game cards, prepaid cards, and personal hygiene items that have been unsealed, customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
The 7-day inspection period starts from the date the product is delivered (including weekends and holidays).
The inspection period is for evaluating the product, not for trial use.
How to Request a Return
If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the product and provide the following information:

Returned items must be unused and free from damage caused by human factors.
Please keep the original packaging (including outer box).
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the packaging is incomplete.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
Requests made after the 7-day inspection period
Used, damaged, scratched, stained, or worn items
Missing accessories, invoice, or packaging
Malicious or excessive returns

Refund Policy
Credit Card Payment
After the return is confirmed, the refund will be issued to the original credit card.Cash on Delivery / Bank Transfer
After the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
Exchange Policy
Exchange items must be unused and in original packaging.
If both parties agree to exchange, the original order must be returned first, and a new order must be placed.
Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
