Please be cautious when receiving calls with prefixes such as “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, or any unfamiliar international numbers.
Fraudsters may fake caller IDs or pretend to be companies, banks, or government authorities.
Do not click unknown links, and do not accept friend requests or messages from unfamiliar LINE accounts or phone numbers.
Common scam methods include claims such as duplicate orders or installment payment errors, and then asking you to operate online banking or ATM transactions.
If the call involves bank accounts or financial issues, please contact your bank directly.
If anyone asks you to provide personal information or perform account operations, please refuse immediately.
For better security, please update your passwords regularly and use strong passwords that include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
Avoid entering your account information on public computers.
